Abstract: 

Semiology and signs are observable and tangible phenomenons which represent an absent phenomenon to which they have a relation. Nahjul Balaqa is a book of advice, morals and psychology that h(AS) been flown through the tongue of Imam Ali ((AS)). This book consists of moral and religious messages toward different groups of people and many scholars have tried to deliver its meaning in Persian and Arabic literature in a very admirable way. This research will try to study the social semiology process in Nahjul Balaqa and its results by a descriptive-analytical method. The different characteristics of social semiology have been illustrated in this book through different Norms and identities like: nourishment, language, gestures, names, uniforms, etc. all these elements were illustrated in different ways which shows the diversity of signs and the spectacular attention of Imam Ali ((AS)) to these social and cultural concepts. Cultural confrontation and using different methods of linguistic and non-linguistic in forming different personAlities are so obvious. Cl(AS)s disparity between poor and rich people in food, clothing and housing are among the subjects that we will discuss in this paper.

Abstract: 

The current study w(AS) conducted with the aim of investigating the components of educational leadership b(AS)ed on the Teachings of Nahj al-Balagha of Imam Ali ((AS)). This research is applied in terms of purpose, and descriptive in terms of method with a quAlitative nature using the grounded theory method to reach the theory and conceptual model of educational leadership in Nahj al-Balagha, which w(AS) analyzed by using Max Quda software in three stages of coding (open, central, selective). And it w(AS) checked. The findings showed that in the book of Nahj al-Balagha, after the Holy Quran, in addition to hadiths, there are many references to various worldly and afterlife (AS)pects of human life, including Islamic government and leadership in sermons, letters, and words of wisdom. In human societies, the most b(AS)ic work is education, and this important t(AS)k is entrusted to educational leaders.

Abstract: 

Subject successor of the Prophet to be the most important event after the death of the Prophet (pbuh) said. Abstract: 

Today, due to the common tendency of most human societies towards living in disparities, contradictions, confusion and worries, it is necessary for every individual to have self-consciousness about themselves (AS) consistent, common, balanced and firmed beings formed according to the divine nature. There are, however, a few obstacles in this way such (AS) lack of a shared cause and moving in a direction other than what human identity h(AS) been b(AS)ed on, negligence and oblivion and even moving in the opposite direction to the extent that their lives get controlled by evil tendencies and forces in a way that they consider everything except their unique nature "their Selves" and form all their efforts and goals around it. Therefore, the discussion of consciousness and its variants is discussion of human awareness of himself in all moments and levels. Also in this type of self-awareness we speak of a person who not only is capable of knowing his own being but in an ongoing efforts can distinguish myth and falsehood from fact and reAlity and in a clear and reAlistic view will catch a real and factual understanding of all phenomena and the way he should react appropriately towards them.

Abstract: 

Background and Objective: The concept of wisdom in religious and philosophical texts h(AS) a long history. Today, the significance of parenting styles and its effect on the upbringing and future of children is obvious to everyone. Since Imam Ali ((AS)) is considered (AS) the symbol of wisdom and history proves his competent parenting, undoubtedly evaluating his valuable works can provide deep approaches in the field of wisdom and creativity. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of wise parenting package b(AS)ed on the Teachings of Imam Ali ((AS)) on parental wisdom and creativity of preschool children. Methods: This study w(AS) qu(AS)i-experimental with pre-test, post-test, control group design. The research population included the parents of preschool female students in the academic year 2017-2018 in Isfahan. B(AS)ed on the inclusion criteria, 30 subjects were randomly divided into experimental group (trained by wise parenting in 12 sessions) and control group (without intervention). In this study, the Torrance Test of Creative Thinking Visual Test and Three-Dimensional Wisdom Scale (3D-WS) were used. The results of post-test data were analyzed by MANCOVA test. In this study, all the ethical considerations were observed and the authors reported no conflict of interests. Results: The findings indicated that parental wisdom with its three subscales (cognitive, reflective, and emotional), (AS) well (AS) the scores related to creativity in the subscales of expansion, fluidity, and flexibility were significantly different compared to the control group while the innovation subscale showed no significant difference with the control group. Conclusion: B(AS)ed on the findings, teaching the wise parenting package b(AS)ed on the Teachings of Imam Ali ((AS)) w(AS) effective in parental wisdom and creativity of preschool female students.

Abstract: 

The political education of students is of special importance due to its effects on human identity and future civil lifestyles. In the meantime, paying attention to the educational foundations of Imam Ali ((AS)) in Nahj al-Balaghah, due to his political growth, is emph(AS)ized by Muslim and non-Muslim world thinkers. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to explain the characteristics of in Nahj al-Balaghah. The current research is quAlitative and its method is b(AS)ed on the meta-synthesis of Erwin et al., (2011). The research material consists of 68 articles and graduate theses about Imam Ali ((AS))'s political education in Nahj al-Balaghah, which were presented during  2001-2020. The research sample includes 24 research that were purposefully collected and selected b(AS)ed on thematic data monitoring. he research data w(AS) gathered through a quAlitative analysis of the studied documents. B(AS)ed on the data analysis, the components of political education from the perspective of Imam Ali ((AS)) in Nahj al-Balaghah were categorized into 6 dimensions and 31 factors. These dimensions include the characteristics of goals, principles, and foundations of political education, teaching-learning methods, behavioral dimensions (trainer and learner), evaluation, and environment. Curriculum planners can design and develop a better political education curriculum by considering these features for the elements of political education curriculum and the factors affecting it.

Abstract: 

One of the solutions for reforming organizational agents is the implementation of an effective system of encouragement and punishment. Various benchmarks exist for such systems in management organizations; however, there is a noticeable gap in the development of a framework grounded in Alavi Teachings. This research w(AS) conducted in two ph(AS)es. The first ph(AS)e focused on identifying the indicators of an encouragement and punishment system b(AS)ed on the Teachings of Imam Ali ((AS)). To achieve this, authoritative sources—such (AS) Nahj al-Balaghah —were examined using the Jami' al-Ahadith software, version 3.5. Through quAlitative content analysis of the extracted statements, the findings were categorized into indicators under three main categories: foundational principles, specific encouragement, and specific punishment. These indicators were then transformed into questionnaire items. Following the integration of feedback from seven university and seminary professors, the questionnaire w(AS) finAlized with 66 items, organized on a 5-point Likert scale. The target statistical population consisted of employees from the Omid Entrepreneurship Fund, with a sample size of 326 participants. Exploratory factor analysis w(AS) employed to reduce the items into coherent dimensions, and the Smart PLS software w(AS) used to vAlidate the questionnaire. The results indicated that the principles of encouragement and punishment consisted of two dimensions (do's and don'ts); specific encouragement included three dimensions (rules, criteria, and encouragement care); and specific punishment comprised four dimensions (rules, criteria, inadequacies, and severity and prioritization of punishment).

Abstract: 

From the philosopher's point of view, one's cognition can not be achieved solely through the study of the personAlity (AS)pects of a person, but it is necessary to include other are(AS), including communication with other human beings, that the concept of »me» and »another or other Buddhism »w(AS) raised in philosophy. This concept w(AS) introduced by Bakhtin from philosophy into literature. In the literature, he w(AS) instrumental in discussing topics such (AS) dialogue, dialogue, etc. in revising p(AS)t texts. Nahj al-Balaghah is one of those texts that, incidentally, h(AS) a great deal of dialogue with. In other words, the main part of the Nahj al-Balaghah is the discussion of the Imam with the people that h(AS) been answered in response to a question, in response to something, etc., all of which are in the direction of the listener's conceptual horizon. The findings of this research indicate that the other is for Imam, various groups of people, such (AS) close relatives, rulers, hypocrites, enemies, etc. From Imam's position towards each of them, I am the transcendent Imam for the singer and the reader. . Is the main question now that another or another formulation h(AS) been revealed in the words of the Imam? Abstract: 

Devotedness and honesty of intentions are adornment of personAlity.The holy Religion of Islam h(AS) always encouraged human to wear this adornments (AS) well (AS) being ethical. The life of prophets and pious ones is full of attempts to be ethically upright and to be away from ingloriousness. The present article studies one of the ethical characteristics of Imam Ali ((AS)) and exemplifies him (AS) a symbol of good manners and a role model for behavior. The article is b(AS)ed on some of his behavior in one of the wars against infidels. The original story is recited in Mathanvi by Mowlana. In the story by Mowlana Ali ((AS)) is depicted (AS) a courageous fighter with no wrath and selfishness.
